Fabricated memories

A research-based staged photography project exploring the malleability of memory and the reliability of photographic media. By meticulously recreating the aesthetics of 1990s Korean family portraits, I constructed memories that never existed—questioning how personal memory is shaped by social codes and collective performance.

Integrating psychology and visual anthropology, this ongoing series earned a Tokyo International Foto Awards (TIFA) Honorable Mention.
