Bi-ik-jo:

a bird from korean folklore

A single soul divided in two.

“Bi-ik-jo,” a bird from Korean folklore, is born with a single wing and can only fly when it finds its mate.

Humans are inherently incomplete, and therefore, we exist within relationships. Bi-ik-jo symbolizes how we become whole through our connections with one another.
